Cancelling An Appointment
If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
However, in the spirit of fairness and to ensure our team’s time is respected, a £25 cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation occurs within the last 24 hours leading up to your appointment.
To make any adjustments, whether it’s a change of plans or a rescheduling, you can easily reach out to us by just giving us a call.
Repeated cancellations are not acceptable.
A no-show, without any prior notice, will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of your appointment.
By not showing up, effectively you have taken the place of someone else who could have showed up and paid for the service.
If you find yourself running a little late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but it will be dependent on our availability.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding with regards to these policies. As a small independent business, each appointment is important to us and we rely on you to show us as much care and respect as we show you when you come in for your service.
